The Facts 

Wireless Wizardry has been using  433MHz SuperHet modules for over 6 years (since available).  They are supplied by the largest manufacturer in their industry, Directed Electronics, and are specified by them to have a range of 1/4 mile or more.  However, we only advertise 250'.  Our policy is "Promise Less ... Deliver More".   These SuperHet modules are installed in our Showtech, MiniTech and custom products with thousands in use in Cruise ships, Casinos, and Theaters around the world with virtually no complaints on range or reliability.

A competitor had been claiming that our SuperHets were only good up to 50 ft.   Now that they have finally caught up and are using SuperHet modules themselves, (Linx brand, same technology) they claim the SuperHets get 1/4 mile or more of range.   Hmmm ...  Fifty feet when they didn't use them, 1/4 mile now that they do.  We’ve used SuperHets all along!  The point is, both brands are excellent, utilize the same technology, and demonstrate more than adequate range.  Let's face it, if they'll deceive you on this, can you really trust anything else they claim?
